Weapons and Attacks used: Though he cannot see his victims greatest fear; IF he is able to maintain eye contact with his victims, he can trap them in their own mental world of fear. Whether it be arachniphobia to being slowly and brutally killed, he cannot control WHAT they see or how they see it. Though he does have power over being able to use this ability, and his eyes turn purple when it is activated. Can also make a victim suddenly become extremely afraid of something is he is in physical contact with them--this can take a few moments to minute to place in them though. He carries with him two swords and one gun.
As a vampire, he is still pretty new. No super human strength is granted to him besides normal, muscular physique can produce. He can turn others, however, into minions via a bite. That is all he can do now, and has yet to learn any new abilities.

Brief History: Christopher Haven Weiss grew up in a home with a drunk for a dad and a Mother that didn't realize how abusive her relationship was. There was no leadership around the house, and he probably would of run away from home had his sister, Alexa, not been born. He practically raised her as his Father and Mother weren't much good as parents and became extremely close to his younger sister. In defending his sister from attackers at age 16, coming home from school with Alexa, he learned that both of them had abilities (Hers being darkness and his being Fear), and they swore to each other that no one would know. At 18 He left to join the military to get away from home; much to the dismay of his sister. For several years he travelled around the world as part of his training; sending his little sister letters and urging her to learn several of the languages from the countries he'd been in. Then, one day, he got a letter from Alexa telling him that their father had tried to sexually assault her, and she, in return, had attacked him with the shadows.
In a panic Chris took his leave from the military to go down to Empire City to meet her and perhaps to ask for a discharge early from the Marines so that he could watch over his sister. He was out of the city when the blast occurred and, distraught, he looked for his sister Alexa there to no avail.
He left to New Marai, depressed and hoping his sister wouldn't be somewhere dead in a gutter. He tried to drink his sorrows away, only to find himself waking up in an alley several hours later with strange bite marks on his neck. Craving for blood came later and, eventually, he met up and joined the Vampires. His life was over anyways, for all he knew his Sister was dead. It was his only option and he still feels like it is, today. Upon becoming a vampire, he changed his name around. He prefers "Haven" Over "Chris."

Appearance: Dark blonde shaggy hair, grey eyes. Wears an open trench coat with no shirt, exposing taut and muscular abdominals from all his work in the Marines. Wears his dog tags and a necklace his sister once gave him--a cross made of onyx. Wears jeans tucked into boots and a skull belt in the loops. Wears gloves.


Karmic Rank: Neutral. He really doesnt care about gangs. He's just trying to live life to his fullest since the rest of it was kinda crappy for him.

Personality: Haven is extremely eccentric and flat out bubbly. Sarcastic, always cracking a grin and making jokes. He genuinely tries to be optimistic in order to hide a little bit of depression. Like his sister, it's extremely hard for him to get mad, but when he does, it's best to watch your back because he will not be angry quietly. He has a hard time controlling his bloodlust, as he's still a new Vampire and is new to all the concepts. By far, he is no traditionalist as most vampires would rather have him be. Overall he's very happy, loving, and generally friendly to everyone he meets, despite being extremely protective over everything and anyone he cares for.

I would look into what powers being a vampire gives first, now...
