Name: Nico Malachy Weston

Power: Nico has the ability to freeze objects and beings with his gaze. He wears a pair of special Ray-Bans that keep him from freezing everything.
Weapons and Attacks used: Nico has a pair of Axes that are strapped to his back. He only uses them when the fight doesn't require his Freeze Vision.

Brief History: Nico had always been sort of...strange. He wore t-shirts in the winter, ate frozen food and had a fetish for cold things. Nico and his father moved to Empire City when he turned 14. His father got some job at a grocery store while Nico went to school. 5 months later, came the blast. Nico father was killed. He didn't realize his power till 2 days after the blast. Nico started to play around with his freeze vision. He found a tiny maintenance shed and cleared it out. Nico froze the entire shed and made it his home. He now lives there by himself. No ones really comes by. Mostly because he's a bit rude, anti-social and protective. And the fact that he lives on a roof. Nico has taken a liking to being alone. He likes the solitude of his home and its freezing cold tempature. Nico barely misses his family. They treated him like a piece of crap. He barely leaves his home. He only leaves when he needs food or other resources.
Appearance: Nico has shaggy black hair that reaches just past his ears. Which are pierced with black jewels. His eyes are electric blue. He has brighter eyes than other people. They look harsher too. Nico has pale, almost white skin. Kinda like a ghost. He stands at 5"5" and weighs 140 lbs. Nico will never be seen with out his Ray Bans and his white leather jacket. It's his signature look. Nico enjoys dressing in blue, white, black, purple and red. Sometimes he wears green.

Personality: Nico is a harsh guy. He snaps at everyone and often has no respect for others opinions. He's all about the fighting. All work, no play. He ignores people who are cheerful and always happy. Nico has a icey, cold aura about him. He could never feel remorse. Nico is a cold as dead, killing machine. He can often be seen taking his emotions out on a street pole or tree. Not that he shows his emotions often.

Nah, I don't expect to use his powers too often anyway, maybe a fight here and there.
