debating post, not for the weak.

Hello, this is Syn-Auron, and i have come up with an interesting idea with the help of Experiment249's comment from a night when i found a strange and long arguement on youtube.
My strange idea is a debation form. If you can find a valid point against any of the arguements listed below, i will gladly argue against you to prove my point. good luck.

question 1.) should smoking be allowed in a public place?
question 2.) who is at fault for our current economy?
question 3.) is it better to have religion and faith, or not at all?
question 4.) does money bring happiness, or does it cause distress and distrust?
question 5.) should we be able to have the right to bare arms?

my answers.

1.) yes, it should, not because i am a smoker, but because 40-60% of america is smokers.
2.) the government. the government does not care enough about us, in fact they have been pocketing our money since taxes started in this country. plus, they are trying to allow the rich to pay no taxes at all, and let the poor/middle class pay more.
3.) it is better to have no faith, than faith at all. faith causes drama and drama is one thing that causes the most problems in this country and all others.
4.) no, money only brings depression, no happiness.
5.) yes. we should be able to bare arms. it is our american right since the constitution was drafted.

question 4.) does money bring happiness, or does it cause distress and distrust?
Money, is the main reason things get done in our society. If things were all free, The world would be lazy, nothing would get done, and nothing will be available for use other than things made before the removal of currency. It provides reason into life, keeping people stressed may cause problems, but it get's things done. And another point, when I buy things, I feel wonderul, knowing I earned that money makes me happy as well.

question 1.) should smoking be allowed in a public place?

Honestly, the solution is right in front of our noses. The whole non-smoking areas indoors works beautifully. It's a free country, if you want to smoke then no one is stopping you.

question 2.) who is at fault for our current economy?

Us. The common American is far more lazy than 30 years ago. We could easily work out of this with a bit of blood, sweat, and tears.

question 3.) is it better to have religion and faith, or not at all?

Faith, no matter if it's the truth or not, is essential to the balance of modern civilization. The concept of being judged to eternal damnation is the only thing making sure that most people don't take the "YOLO" concept a bit to far.

question 4.) does money bring happiness, or does it cause distress and distrust?

Money brings power. Power brings a little bit of happiness, yes, but it also brings greed. And jealousy. And suspicions. Money sucks, but it's essential.

There should probably be some sort of mental test to just make sure before someone earns the right. *knows nothing about guns*

good point luke. you know, you seem to have some of the same views i do, except for on the guns. the rule is, you have to pay a lot of money to own a gun, that is a test enough to earn the right to do so. if you have the money, and you are going to waste it on getting a gun and gun liscense, then you would not be so likely to take that gun and shoot someone, not unless you really are mental, and at that point, it would be noticeable. someone so psychotic is likely to show it, the second he walks in the store. i only disagree on that point.

on the money, it may be essential, but it still can not buy happiness. no matter what you do with it.

Money can't directly buy you happiness, but indirectly it can. Tell me this, syn. Does the internet make you happy?

yes, and no. the internet gives me friends, but at the same time, its just makes me mad. too many idiots. most of the time, the internet is just a waste to me, and i could live on without it. minus the fact that i would lose many friends. but other than that, the internet could never truly bring me happiness.

Well, there goes that point I was trying to make, hahaha... But it brings me happiness, and it takes money to maintain.

you see. i can live without many things. this electricity that i have, its not much to me. the water i have, not much to me. the house i live in, not much to me. i could live without many of the things that i have. its just who i am. and i bet many of other people could live without it as well. we dont need all these things to survive. we just need a form of shelter, food, and water. thats it.
