Personal mist cloak: this mist cloud is always with the young hydro warrior. It has a radius of about 4 meters.

3x Shock grenades, 3x smoke grenades, 3x concussion grenades, and 3x regular grenades! Armed to the teeth!

Weapons and Attacks used:

Mist Cover: His main power is hydrokinesis, but he never really makes a habit out of causing tidal waves and storms with his powers. His water manipulation skills excel in using his main weapon, mist. Mist is light and easy to manipulate freely, but his combination of telekinesis and hydrokinesis lets Artemis create illusions of anyone inside of it. He can create mist by extracting water out of air, using water that is already nearby, or even using some water from his own human structure- of course, that is only in life or death situations. If mist is created, he can create enough to cover two city blocks. If he uses water from a water source, he could make enough to cover an entire city. Unfortunately, that would take three threads to make enough mist.Besides creating illusions, his telekinesis abilities are pretty much non existent.

He can also change water from any form to any form. (Ooc note: illusions can't kill anyone.. and he can't create a brand new world or anything in his mist illusions. He can hide things from vision, make things appear to exist when they don't, make an item or person appear to be somewhere aren't, and make distractions that don't are nothing but illusions. Anyone trapped in the mist is free to move around as much as they want.

Telekineses: This ability is the ability to lift things with one's mind, but Arty only uses it create illusions while using his mist as a medium. In situations where he must lift things with his mind, he can lift no more than his body weight.

Mist Aruka Body: Artemis's body can be turned into mist in order to dodge attacks, but this makes attacks that are his elements weakness do even more damage. (Wind)

Alliances (select one of the groups shown below): It's not on the list, but he has great alliances with the police of New Marais. The city is known for always having a corrupt police force, but without any power, they didn't have the ability to run the city. Arty is the guy that they call when they need to take out a conduit, since unlike other 'heros', his battle style results in very low casualities and damage to the city.

Appearance:



he has a swimmers build, red hair, a pair of nice black rimmed glasses, and he often wears a dark peacoat jacket, unless its very warm or humid. He has no noticeable scars on his body or face, and he actually looks very young, more like 17 than 22. He doesn't drink or smoke, so his skin is in great condition even if it is Casper white for a lack of sun exposure. His hair is long enough to stay on his shoulders, never long enough to go below.

Personality: Artemis is a tactician. He doesn't go around trying to outsmart everyone, he often just likes to play around. Even in a fight., he might joke around or play around with his opponent by trying to spook them. He has a dark sense of humor, and he will joke around at normally inappropriate times, like when an enemy is dying on the battle field, or after someone loses a close comrade. He won't hesitate to kill anyone if they manage to test his limits. He's a bounty hunter for the police that only hunts down conduits, but if a civilian attacks him he'll put them in a wheelchair instead of run away.

History: He was in new marais for college spring break on his way to Mexico, when him and some friends noticed an amazing light show. They went to see what all the buzz was about, and they caught the second dose of the blast. His friends were completely turned into dust. Arty woke up in bay.. literally, in the baby. This may not have been that impressive for an average person, but for a person who couldn't swim in general, it was impressive. He was at least fifty miles from the mainland, and when he finally swam back into shore, he left a part of himself there.. but he gained so much more.

Artemis wasn't born in new marais, or even the us. He was born in Greenland and attended college in the US. His teen years were relatively normal, but he always was a loner. He never was a fighter, but that's because he never had to. He had dirt on everyone. He would blackmail his classmates, family, teachers, and even principals just in the sake of making his life easier. When a person would lost their value, he'd rat them out and let them fall apart. He just gained his powers and doesn't have the telekinesis prowess to do much, but he mastered hydrokinesis with conplete ease. Since he got his powers, and seen the place fall apart, he sticks to himself. The police pay him to kill conduits that're too powerful for them to handle, but they can't give him orders. He just uses them to his benefit, while they really think it's the other way around.

we can allow unlimited ammunition for some weapons, but grenades isn't one of them. please provide an ammo count for them.

Plus, I notice you have Hydrokinesis as your powers, but all your powers are strictly mist based. Hydrokinesis is for all liquid aspects of water. plus, final question, exactly how much can he lift telikinetically?

He can lift nothing more than his body weight with telekinesis, he can use hydrokinesis to a respectable level, and three of each grenades sounds fine with me. I just focused on the mist since I think guys who use an unbeatable water shield are waaaaaay too common. I'll edit once I get to my dorm.
