Raiden, the Artificial Conduit

Conduits
Conduits are people who have gotten superpowers from either the Ray Sphere blast, or a different tragic event sometime in their lives. Conduits usually control one element of things (i.e. Cole MacGrath, the main character of the inFamous series, controls lighting.) So, here is the form for a conduit.

Name: Raiden
Gender: Male
Power: Artificial arm and torso.
Weapons and Attacks used:

• Magnum: 14 capacity, 5 extra magazines.
  
• Grenades: Two Standard; Two incendiary; Two flash
  
• Combat SMG: 100 capacity, 20 extra magazines.
  
• Super Strength: Raiden can lift cars and toss humans around with his bionic arm. (Up to 8,000 lb.)
  
• Shield: Raiden can generate a highly resistant energy shield with his bionic arm. (Similar to Polarity Wall, includes shotgun shells.)

Brief History: The First Sons have also tried giving Conduit powers to humans without the Conduit gene. Raiden was one of the experiments. He was augmented with an artificial arm and torso, apparently.
The Ray Sphere Blast generated disarray in Raiden’s research facility, allowing his escape. He is now hunted by the First Sons and can be labeled as a “demon” or “freak” by the Templars and Militia on sight due to his [slightly demonic-/satanic-looking] bionic arm.
Appearance: His torso has a similar pattern to his arm. His belt has two holsters for his magnum and SMG with his grenades strapped to it.

Karmic Rank: Neutral
Personality: Raiden generally prioritizes the safety of civilians over his own. He usually prefers to work as a rogue instead of with police or other law enforcement services.
Due to their threat to him, he will either attack or hide from the First Sons, Templars, and Militia on sight depending on the number of enemies or their level of power/skill; he also feels very bitter toward them.
On occasion, he enjoys making jokes and wisecracks.

how many bullets does he usually carry on him? and we can't allow him to automatically reload in between threads. you have to go to a gun store for more ammo. cut the strength of the bionic arm by half, and you're good except for the ammo issue

I was hoping he could do just that, but fine. I'll RP him at a shop when he's running low on ammunition.

you will need to keep capacity, but seeing as Conduits have yet to get a system to limit their energy, you can have unlimited ammo, sorry about that. other than htat, it's fine. ACCEPTED
