Power: He can use his blood as a weapon. He's also a vampire.
Weapons and Attacks used: He can solidify his blood, to make his skin thicker and more resistant. He can also fire it out his hands like a laser, but in a burst instead of a constant stream. He can form it into several things like weapons and lockpicks as well. And he can use it to grab things from afar, or wrap up wounds and things like that. He does have retractable fangs, and a large blade in a sheathe on his back.

Brief History: He was rather peaceful in life, not thinking too hard about the future. Eventually, he was changed by a ray sphere explosion, granting him the ability to use his blood as a weapon. He was spotted by many groups, people wanting to recruit him. Ganta, however, turned them down repeatedly. Walking through the streets one day, he decided to take a short cut through an alley. At that time, a vampire was casually strolling through. He was caught ungaurded and bitten, turning him over. After he used his powers more often he realised that he'd get a lot weaker as he went along. Eventually he took to drinking blood after doing so and he was restored. He's currently deciding what he should do with his powers. Although he knows it will be a noble cause.
Appearance: He has messy brown hair, pale skin, about 5'3", and weighs about 101lbs. He's rather athletic, but not too muscular.

Personality: Ganta prefers to look on the brighter side of things. He rarely attacks normal people that are nice. He's got a high code of honor. He also prefers not to attack women. He's very innocent and nice.

Yeah. It basically solidifies around wounds that need to be healed or wrapped. Only others though, cause y'know the blood hardening thing.
