Powers ( If applicable. Be descriptive, please!): Germaine can speak to all natural beings. Dogs, barnacles, etc. She mostly uses the ability to talk to her pet Foamy, who's a squirrel that's passed the intelligence level of other animals. As long as said natural being is in contact with her, they can speak whether they have the ability or not. This ability kind of applies to plants as well, but she mostly uses it on animals.

History: Germaine was raised alongside Garou, for maybe 3-4 years after his birth. After a while, she got tired of the mysticism and such and moved out of the house to live with their grandfather, who had to deal with her and her new pet, Foamy the Squirrel. For years she annoyed the hell out of her grandfather, then moved out and out into Empire City into a house that he owned there, so she didn't have to pay expenses. Since Germaine lived in the house for free, she needed to find a job to help pay for things. So, she became a nude model for an art college, so she could be immortalized in art form. As for her being a conduit, her grandfather and her had went out to see how Garou and the family were doing when the Blast happened and her conduit abilities awoke. Her grandfather, who was hardy and healthy was able to escape alive and they just trekked back to where they lived, where the fact that her parents were dead didn't reach Germaine till she was around the age of 19.

Appearance: Germaine is a 25 year old gothic art model. She wears a lot of black eyeliner, purple lipstick, and dyes her hair purple with shoplifted hair dye. She's actually a natural blonde when she runs out of hair dye. She's got a somewhat curvaceous figure, which she finds quite annoying at times because most males don't take her seriously because of it. Her skin is pale, like most of her family, and her eyes are a striking cat green shade. Germaine wears black cat eye glasses with a few sequins on them on occasion, specifically when she needs to use the computer, or read a book. Her hair is typically put into sections, which she then runs through a rubber band to create a sort of ponytail. She's also been known to tie it into braids that hang down. Germaine has one piercing in both eyebrows, one in her nose, one on her chin, 4 on one ear, and 3 on the other.

Personality: Germaine is a very, very odd young woman. She's intelligent, articulate, and poetic. She's smart, has a lot of acquired knowledge and loves to read books at certain times. Her intellect is a large part of her personality, and absolutely hates being seen as just a pair of breasts because most men ignore her intellect because of that. Germaine loves the arts, writes poetry, photography, you name it. She poses as a nude model at an art college in Empire, and she loves the job because it's one of the few times her body isn't objectified by those around her. While intelligent and artistic, she's very quirky and vulgar at times. Germaine has a lot of odd habits, and can often be found using crude language, especially toward her annoying "pet" squirrel, Foamy. She has no issue speaking of how she's been, sexually, and does have a habit of doing shady things to get electronics and other items. She shop-lifts her hairdye. One of her favorite insults to use toward other beings is the phrase "throbbing cock", often accompanied by several adjectives and one eye twitching. While she has issue with being objectified, she has no issue objectifying certain males.
