Power: Medicinal abilities, meaning she knows what drug is what, does what, what it's made of, what it'll make if mixed with something else, etc. She's technopathic, in the Generator Rex sense of the word. Meaning she can speak to machines when she puts her hand on them, and reason with them if need be.

Weapons and Attacks used: She has a syringe gun, which fires needles. She typically has 5 different ones on her, with different things in them like laxatives, knockout fluids, laughing gas in a liquid form, etc. She also has extensive knowledge of the human body, so she can see pressure points, knows where to shoot to cause a certain amount of damage, and see what diseases and disorders the person has via differences in the vitals and actions of that person compared to normal people. She can typically get most types of machinery to work in her favor, but she MUST be touching it to even speak to it.

Brief History: Justine was a part of the SWAT team that Spectre and Neo were on. Despite being older than them, they tended to walk over her and easily tell her what to do. When they were both diagnosed with their viruses, Justine had not contracted anything in actuality. In fact, she didn't even naturally have the conduit gene. It was the fact that she was experimented on as a child that caused her to gain her powers. So, after the blast, she mutated according to her genetics which were manually changed inside of her by a scientist. She continued to work for Neo after the blast, into Umbrella due to her submissive personality, becoming his personal scientist.
Appearance: Justine is an interesting case. Most of her physical features come from science. Her hair is silver, and goes over her shoulder on one side. She is EXTREMELY pale, to the point of almost being the same color as the clothes she wears. Her eyes are a bright yellow, glowing out of black, as shown in the picture. She has a rather small figure, but she stands at around 6'5" in height.

Personality: Justine is very quiet. She's very passive, submissive. She's easy to walk over, at least, if you know her. However, if she wants to be she can be stubborn. It's hard for her to take a dominant role of any kind, whether it's telling someone what to do that's under her or even getting animals under control. She takes her research highly serious though.
