Power: Intangible, slightly invisible arms called vectors. And she can sense other conduits.

Weapons and Attacks used: She uses no weapons aside from her vectors. Her vectors are a 8-21 meter long pair of nearly invisible arms. They are intangible, but can physically touch other people and objects. They can phase through things, even human skin. They can slice through pretty much anything in their reach and can throw projectiles at fast enough speeds to pierce skulls. Along with that they can pick up large objects. Once a month, she can infect a man with her vectors so that any child born by that man would have the same powers as her. And she can sense conduits. However. If her horns are to be cut off or should her pineal gland be triggered by something, she cannot use her vectors. Her horns DO grow back. Sometimes it takes a day, sometimes a month.

Brief History: Haruka was a seriously gifted student as a child, however, she was abused. She skipped several grades, and eventually ended up in college early. When the blast happened, she was with her friends Dan and Teah. She was, at the time, studying as an artist. After the blast, she developed horns and her hair color changed. She also woke up to her room having it's walls all slashed apart. It was during the blast, after the conduit mutation, that she developed her second personality.
Appearance: Haruka has a slightly under-developed body, that is rather skinny. But not like boney skinny. She has bleached blond-pink hair that comes from the blast, where originally she had black hair. She has cat green eyes and pale skin. Haruka stands at 5'9" and weighs around 125lbs. She has two horms protruding from her head, out of her temporal lobes, that came from the blast as well. Haruka wears glasses that she needed before the blast, but now they're mainly for decoration.

Personality: Haruka has a case of split personalities. She has a main personality and a side personality that only shows up occasionally. In her main personality, she's a bit of a smartass. She is, still, rather sweet and kind. She likes to tease her friends, Dan especially. She doesn't use her powers to harm people. At least, she tries not to. She suffers slight emotional trauma from her childhood. Her side personality is very sadistic and cruel. It likes to cause harm and murders without a second thought. Although she is typically under control, she occasionally can show herself for a few moments through Haruka's main personality. The side personality is typically referred to as Zenith.

Do the vectors grow at will? Or are they a set size in different situations?

It all depends on Haruka/Zenith's mood. The more aggressive she is, the longer they are.
