Project Zero's New Blast Core

I am planning on starting a thread in which one of the New Marais organizations is holding a Blast Core- maybe somewhere secluded from otherwise public access, like the swamps or off the coast- and Zero and some other conduit(s) or civilian(s) attack it, just to damage the organization's power and presence. Or some one could RP as part of the organization defending the base/camp/boat and either repelling the attack (the Blast Core still being taken) or retreating in the end.

So, is anyone interested? Feel free to modify on the idea.

OK, where do you think this should take place? I was thinking a boat or an alley near the Ice Tower, but what's your take?

Knowing the Vermaak, the blast core would either be on delivery to the Ice tower, or already there. But the boat idea would be fun.
