Brief History: Spectre worked in the same SWAT Neo was in as a sniper and was close friends with him. They were very nearly partners, Neo dealing with close combat and Spectre dealing with ranged (he's still very well trained in knife fighting). On the day before the Blast, he called in sick with the same virus Neo unknowingly had, and was shocked to hear he presumably died. Once he recovered, Spectre stopped believing in the "spirit of the law", and quit his job. Months later, he learned that Neo was alive, and joined Umbrella just to see him again. Secretly, he is not entirely pleased with the company's direction, that is, forcibly "evolving" the human race.

Personality: While appearing a cold-blooded killer, Spectre is no where near as gyrate as Neo is, occasionally question his own morals for letting Neo continue with his plan. Still, he remains loyal over his sentimental attachment. He is inconspicuously envious of all conduits and feels he relies a little too much on weapons. Spectre enjoys working as an assassin rather than a head-on soldier, relying on his own stealth and aim to carry out missions.
