The New Ophelia

Powers ( If applicable. Be descriptive, please!): OK, We already met this girl before. When we first met her, her form was set on inFAMOUS, making her completely evil before she was so much as approved. This is the same girl, so her powers are somewhat similar, but they also are different. For instance, as of this karma (Neutral), her tears are completely clear.

Tear attacks: Ophelia can attack with the Tears much as she used to. Her hands drip with the water, and are present with every punch, slap, kick, whatever. She can make a fountain of tears erupt beneath an enemy, can throw them like baseballs... that explode with the force of about half a block of C-4.

Healing sorrows: A good cry usually makes people feel better. Allowing her tears to flow over a willing patient, up to and including letting them breathe the stuff for internal injuries, Ophelia can slowly repair the pains of the wounded, and even, if she tries, to heal the pains of the mind again. (Cure for Slender Sickness ho!)

Turn Doomed: Ophelia can turn members of the Drowning Doom back into what they used to be, but it is very hard for her, to where it nets her one half a positive karma point

Drown: Ophelia can Drown people, turning them into members of the Drowning Doom, but it is difficult, netting her one half of a negative Karma point

Storm: Ophelia can become a cloud raining tears, and use this for travel,

Effects of the Tears: those effected by the tears feel a sad hope, if that makes sense. They feel sad about something, but more of a “It will get better” sorrow, as opposed to “WHY????? WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME?!?!?!?” grief. Also, sometimes they may hear a choir of female voices (all Ophelia's)) singing in chorus

Ophelia has feathered wings she cannot hide in her back like the Tear Wings she used to have.

Ophelia also has a lead pipe that she found in some alleyway.

Any affiliations: Former Queen of the Sea of Black Tears... before she died.

History: Ophelia hates herself for her past. When she got her powers in the blast, she used them for herself, seeking more. More power, more control, more! She enslaved citizens, and used them as stepping stones. She then took on the Reapers, drowning them in her Black Tears, enslaving the gang as her army, which she called the Drowning Doom. After her army was made, she went on a rampage. The Templars that tried to stop her were but playthings to her. Then the conduits got involved, and she met an old love in the battle. Thomas Ellis, Conduit of sound, and would be hero of Empire City. They had been in a relationship before the Blast, but after the Quarantine was put into place, all Thomas could think of was that she was dead. He missed her, but soon, he moved on, and even fell in love with another girl, a conduit named Sena Crosse, who controlled darkness. Jealous, Ophelia swore that she would win him back, but eventually, as the war went on, she learned this was impossible. But the damage was already done. To all appearances, she had split the couple up. Upset that she had caused Thomas such harm, she vowed a change. She was ready to turn herself in, beg for forgiveness, and to disband her army, when Thomas, leading a gang of Conduits known as the Spartans, attacked her. She fought them on the defensive, keeping her army in the far side of the drowned warren, and would have tried to make contact, to try to surrender, but they seemed determined to destroy her. They brought a small nuclear device capable of destroying the Drowned Warren, and her along with it, if things went wrong in the battle. Things went wrong all right. They never meant for the Timer to start up. It was unable to be disarmed. Cregnix was just a little TOO good at making fail safe explosives. Everthing had stopped in the horror of the arming of the bomb, and Ophelia took a chance to explain things to Thomas... Then she took the nuke, and flew away with it. When it detonated, she still was carrying it, and was ripped to shreds of water, and scattered over the oceans. As the time passed, her tears were gathered into storm clouds that passed through. You know how clouds get water from the oceans, right? In any case, she was brought up from the sea, and one day, it rained on Empire City, by the same cloud that had gathered her up. She found herself being put back together on the ground on some random rooftop, remembering every single deed she had done, and swore no more. As soon as she got her legs back, she stumbled, naked, into a store, and grabbed some clothing.

Personality: Ophelia is a gentle soul, wishing to heal the wounds she caused during her stint a Queen. She doesn't expect forgiveness, nor does she think she deserves it, but she wishes to make up for her past. She is defensive of those she cares for, and for those that THEY care for, wishing them nothing less than the best. She is insecure of her own worth, often thinking that nothing she does would ever let them forget the past, and often questions her own mortality, if she will ever be able to truly die.

Clothing style (How do they usually dress?): Right now, Ophelia is happy with whatever clothing she has on at the moment. She does prefer jeans and t-shirts, however.

Karma effects on appearance and powers ((Completely optional, but it shows thought on your part if you fill this out. Please fill in both ends of the spectrum so you have the option to go either way.))

Hero: Can cure doomed with a mere touch of either hand or weapon. Eyes are completely empty, but glow silver blue. Tears are gray in color, but glow with silvery light. Healing rate for allies is doubled. Additionally, Ophelia can summon a wave of tears to cure masses of Doomed at a time. Ophelia literally looks like an angel in health and beauty. The white dove wings that she can't hide help.

Champion:Her tears are mostly clear, but have a small shine to them, as though starlight is in her tears, and are slightly hued silver. Her clothing is cleaner, and she looks healthier. Her Tears can slowly heal allies in the form of a gentle shower of tears falling from the sky at a rate of a scraped knee in one post, a broken arm in fifteen. Her eyes are pale in their colors, as though her irises and pupils are fading, and they glow with a silvery light. Her wings are gray, and feathery. Curing Doomed is easier.
Guardian: Clear tears with light shine. Her eyes have a light to them. Cleaner clothing, looks healthier. Healing, and curing Doomed, comes easier
Neutral:Her tears are clear, like a normal human's. Clothing is worn, but not extremely so. Wings are as light blonde as her hair, and are feathered.
Thug:Ophelia's powers darken in color, becoming grayish as opposed to the original clear. Her clothes become dirty and worn, and her eyes glow with dark energy. Her tears become poisonous to foes. Wings are made from her tears.
Outlaw:Ophelia has dark gray tear powers. Light blue skin, her garb is traded in for a dress straight from the Addam's Family, except it is dark gray. Wings drip Tears.
inFamous: Ophelia, Queen of Black Tears is completely back. Her skin is now as blue as an asphyxiated corpse. The Tears are completely black now, as is her dress. Her powers are much the same as they were before the nuke.

RP Example: Ophelia lay on the ground, a head and torso, but arms and legs were slowly growing on her. There was no blood. Of course there wasn't. She wasn't bleeding. She was reforming.  Soon, she had bones for legs, and muscles were growing around them, and then pale flesh. She stood on her bare feet, as her arms formed in the same manner. She looked down at herself. Naked. Not a stitch of clothing was on her body. She seriously needed to fix that. Summoning her powers, she tried to make a dress of the Tears, like she did when she was Queen, and it succeeded... except her Tears were clear, so she may as well as not wear the dress, seeing as it didn't cover anything. Relaxing her powers, the water dripped to the ground. “I'm going to need to find something to wear,” she said. Wandering the allies, she was careful not to step on any glass. In fact, she had risen on a small podium of  Tears so she wouldn't hurt herself on any glass on the ground. She soon found what she was looking for. A clothing store. Mostly looted, admittedly, but there had to be something there. Opening the door, she walked in, and was tackled. A knife was held to her throat, and she heard a man speaking behind her. “Hello there, angel...” he licked her cheek then, which reviled her. “You taste good.” He then put a hand to her, touching her self, then it moved away from her, and she heard a belt undo. She pulled away, backhanding him. Her throat was cut, but she put a hand to the wound, and the tears slowly started to heal her. She better deal with this boy now. She knew by the time the Tears healed her, she would be so exhausted, she wouldn't be able to resist whatever he tried. She looked him over. Nothing special. Just a guy who thought he would get a quick lay with a girl who had wings. Although... His clothes seemed about her size. She flew at him in a charge, and tackled him. After knocking him down, she took his knife and tossed it away, and then went for operation sweet talk. “You didn't need a knife. If you wanted to get undressed for me, all you had to do was ask...” giving him a subtle smile, she gave him the hint that she wanted his clothes off. Taking it, he quickly started to undress, taking his shirt off, and tossing it away. His shoes were already off, and he started tugging on his jeans. “god,” he muttered, “This was easy.”

“You're right,” Ophelia said, and he saw the sudden, cold tone in her voice as the Tears held him down. “This was easy.” She picked up the guy's pants, and sized them. She would need a belt. And she definitely would need some new underwear. Looking through the store she found a pair of panties her size, and slipped them on. Slipping the guy's pants on, she looked at them again. A bit baggy, she thought as she put a belt on, but it's better than my birthday suit. tossing on the tee that he was so eager to take off for her, Ophelia grabbed some socks, and put on his shoes. “All right, here's how this will go,” she said. The would be rapist lay completely naked, Tears holding him against the ground. “I am going to let you go. I am going to let you run around in here, as naked as you are now, looking for more clothes. And if you so much as touch me again, you'll be nude in a gay bar before you know it, and covered in vaseline.” The guy scoffed at her as he stood slowly, rubbing his wrists and ankles. She stood close to the boy then. “Do you want me to do it now?” The boy stared, and ran into the back of the defunct clothing store. “That is what I thought,” she said, and she turned, walking out the door. “Don't fuck with, or attempt to fuck, a conduit who don't want either to be fucked or fucked with.” walking away, she muttered to herself about punk kids.

Hold on here. You cant just change someones karma rank and personality by charrie sheet. That wouldnt be fair to other members, who have to do it the hard way by karma moments. Ill be glad to set up more of them for you if you like. You can still use the app to keep the appearance change sheet but, i dont think its quite right to not do what everyone else does and wait for said karma moments to actually change that drastically
