Powers: Enhanced stamina, endurance, intelligence, and strength beyond that of an 11 year old. He gets stronger the more he gets hit. Occasionally, Huey will go into a mode that makes him able to punch through at least 3 layers of solid steel.

Any affiliations: I guess you could say he has some ties to the FBI.

History: Huey Freeman grew up in Southern Chicago, also known as the boondocks of Chicago, with his grandfather, younger brother, and his parents. When his parents died, Huey and his brother Riley, were moved to the suburban town of Woodcrest in Maryland against their will by their grandfather. Huey, despite the better potential the town had rather than where he originally lived, had trouble adjusting to the area. He created a lot of trouble for the government, and at one point, was shadowed by an FBI agent he referred to as the White Shadow(as he was white, and he was shadowing Huey). The White Shadow warned Huey that government agents were indeed coming to take him away. Huey, having no other options, escaped to Empire City with a couple hundred dollars, his weapons, and some clothes. He arrived in Empire just in time for the Blast, which activated his Conduit powers. He lives secretly in Empire, hiding away from the FBI agents trailing him.

Over the course of the few years of lull, Huey gained quite a following with the uprise of the military. His attacks on the government went from being single voiced to being backed by hundreds of people. He started launching physical assaults, rescuing conduits from military abuse.

Huey had a serious growth spurt over the 3 year skip. He grew at least 2 feet, reaching a height of 6'1".

Personality: Huey is nothing like typical 11 year olds. He's highly political and pessimistic. He's not one to show emotion or smile. He has very agnostic beliefs, not celebrating Christmas due to its roots as a Pagan holiday. He's a revolutionary, and believes that praying and waiting doesn't do anything. He believes people make their own miracles.

Clothing style: Huey wears t-shirts and shorts, which cover his entire lower half due to his diminutive stature. He also wears earmuffs and scarves when it's colder out. He dresses in dark colors typically.
