Conduits
are people who have gotten superpowers from either the Ray Sphere
blast, or a different tragic event sometime in their lives. Conduits
usually control one element of things (i.e. Cole MacGrath, the main
character of the inFamous series, controls lighting.) So, here is the
form for a conduit.
Name: Lilith Fedya
Gender: Female
Power: Learn
Weapons and Attacks used: Can 'Learn' any attack used against her for 30 seconds after the attack has been placed; but HAS to have been hurt before with the attack she learns. I.e. Hit with a fireball, can for a short amount of time counter attack with the same thing used on her. Besides that, has a small semi-automatic rifle.
Alliances (select one of the groups shown below): Reapers
Brief History: Fedya was formerly a prostitute in the City, having gone broke from her use of drugs, and got this power via the blast. With it, she became power hungry and sided with the Reapers, quickly rising to a good reputation there using her, *ahem* assets.
Appearance: Short, dirty blonde hair and red eyes, A red tube top and black skin tight leather pants, with black stiletto heels.

Personality: Fedya is ambitious and completely power hungry; and will stop at nothing to get what she wants. She is extremely addicted to Novacaine and Oxycodone, however, and this causes a lot of setbacks in her desire to rise to power. She will kill you if you cross her path, and if you step aside she'll kill you anyways.
