Brief History: Eleanor is the daughter of Howard and Jessica Rigby, two popular journalists and giant Beatles fans. She was born and raised in Empire city, mostly living with her grandma since her parents were always traveling for their respective worldwide stories. She had never been very good at school though she naturally excelled in Language Arts and Creative Writing. She was part of the Newspaper and Yearbook club in middle school and high school. While in middle school she made a friend who knew parkour while researching the subject for a news story. Shortly afterward she was taught some by her new friend and picked it up as a hobby and exercise regimen quickly since she had done gymnastics as a child with her grandmothers’ encouragement. When she turned 18 her grandmother moved to Naples, Florida leaving her mostly alone except for the inconsistent visits from her parents who would return from trips. Her parents had left for some tiny country in the middle of nowhere a day before the blast had occurred. Nowadays she goes around taking pictures of people and taking notes on them, usually selling the information she collects. She gets a bit obsessive at times though and some people think she's insane.
It's been three years and she hasnt exactly gotten any less scoop hungry but she is just a tad bit more sociable and personal space respecting. Her new favorite story subjects are the military and the conduits, keeping tabs on them both and selling the information to both as well.

Appearance: Eleanor is about 5’5 with a thinner body type. She has dark wavy red hair that reaches a little above her shoulders but is usually kept back by pins, hair ties, a hair band, Clips, or pencils if she’s desperate. Her eyes are black and she usually has contacts on though she will on occasion wear her bulky glasses just for old time’s sake. Nowadays she has been known to slip on a nice dress and some heels as well as being seen with other women in nicer clothes.

Personality: Eleanor is very neutral on most subjects, to the point seeming like she has a very mild personality. But she can get very nosey and ask some questions that aren’t considered to be exactly polite, to her grandmothers dismay who had been trying to get that nosy attitude out of her just like she tried with Eleanor’s father. She has a hard time noticing when people are uncomfortable and has a hard time distinguishing asking and harassing. It’s very hard to annoy her when she’s working but as soon as she’s off duty she can get very irritable if bothered enough. She once punched a guy for calling her Merida.
