Skills: Linus has a keen knack for business and crime. He knows his way around the city and knows it well. He knows most of the drug dealers and career criminals in the city. He has a hand in most of the deals that go down in the city, or at least knows a bit about them. he generally steers clear of the First Sons and Reapers and such, but is confident his crew could go toe to toe with them if it came down to that. Linus is very good with money, and isn't too bad a shot with a pistol.

History (Five sentences minimum, but the more the better!):

Linus was born to a rather poor family in the slums of Empire. Had it not been for his inherent poorness, Benny been coordinating crime on a global scale with much bigger rewards for his efforts. Linus's father was a cop who was kicked off the force for dealing with the mob and taking a lot of blood money. His mother was a very skilled banker, and taught Linus much about how to handle money. His father taught him more of the criminal side of things, about extortion, hits, and things like that. He hoped that one day his son would lead the crime family that would corrupt the force and rule Empire City.
However, Linus never really cared for violence, preferring his underlings to do the dirty work. In his high school years, with some aid from his silver tongue and a wise spent hundred dollars, he worked out a deal with all of the bullies in his school. The deal was that they could do as they pleased around campus, as long as they met a weekly payout, the methods of getting this payout were not clearly outlined... However, it was advised they steal from the students. In order to maintain his and his lackeys anonymity, Linus was careful to cover the tracks of even his more clumsy thugs with the help of a hacker nick-named Computer Jack. He ended up with a cozy profit of several thousands dollars by the time the year was out. And, his high-school cronies would become the foundation of his gang, The Bankers.
The Bankers were a small-time operation before the blast, however at the time they were mostly setting up. They participated in drug and weapons deals across the city, accumulating weapons, ammunition, and money. Lots of money. At the time the gang was called "The Convicts". However, after the blast Linus realized that violence was not the way to get money from people. he realized that since the blast people lived in fear, they didn't come out as often. Fewer men and women seemed to be interested in taking up drug deals, because getting a fix was no longer the priority; survival in this virtual "Wasteland" was. So, Linus opted to send his men out and offer bodyguard services to people. Make them feel safe and protected, but keep churning money out of the buggers. He changed the gang name to "The Bankers" to for one, reflect their money making and mostly non-violent approach, and to not intimidate the common folk they'd be trying to steal money from, as people opened up easier when they were not afraid. However, should the need arise, as it did many times while they were setting up, Linus would not hesitate to order hits and violence if it was the highest paying option.
Since their origins, The bankers have grown hugely, spread all across Empire City, and even with a very small branch in Seattle. Linus is now a rather rich man, living in a Penthouse apartment, scheming for his gang. To this day, The Bankers keep the revenue flowing from the city...

Linus has brilliant blue eyes and a great pearly white smile. He stands at about 5' 9", weighing in at about 160 pounds. He typically wears his checkered suit, with several things tucked inside it's inner pocket like his gun. He has black, neat hair.

Personality: Linus is the kind of person who values honor, but not above his own goals. For example, he'd kick a man when he's down, but he'd do it in the most honorable way he could("Maybe you thugs would kill a guy without looking him in the face, but me."). Linus is a people person, and he makes friends very easily. He has a silver tongue, and can be very convincing. Linus never liked violence, but he'll certainly get his hands dirty if it's the highest paying option.
