Phasing: Drago has full manipulation of his own pocket dimension, and can take others to this dimension if he touches them. (requires the person's OOC permission for other RPC's) Things that happen in this dimension are not real, and do not affect reality. He's able to escape to this dimension, but also able to partially shift his physical being to this dimension in order to gain the ability to move through objects, etc. Forces like electricity are able to catch him during his partial transportation if they touch him. He can transport objects into his pocket dimension, and bring them to and from the real world. He also can teleport.
Pressure Control: Everything within a quarter mile radius of Nathaniel feels a large shift in pressure. Simply by exerting his own energy, he can make everything within a half mile radius feel like the high altitude pressure of Denver, the Mile High City. Being within twenty feet of him for too long will lead to things such as pressure sickness in four posts, and everything that gets within ten feet of him will find it difficult to stand and is naturally drawn to the ground. Anything Nathan can get his hand on can be crushed into small particles, although because nothing can be crushed into nonexistence, the particles can be rearranged into another object. Obviously, a Chia pet cannot be turned into a razor blade, but a metal box could. This only works with solid objects. A strike from Nathaniel puts tremendous pressure on whatever body part takes a blow, and repeated blows can easily cause a breakage of a bone.

History:
Nathaniel was born to an American soldier and an Pakistani national in Pakistan. After the father's tour ended, both parents relocated back to the man's state of New York. Nathan was raised with US citizenship because of his father's nationality, however the mother never filed for citizenship out of fear of persecution by the state, etc because of her country's relations with the United States. Nathan was raised with a father that was only home when he wasn't on a war tour (rarely), by his immigrant mother. They lived in a town with less than 10,000 population, in a simple, rural life in the rurals of New York. At the age of twenty-one, after enlisting in the marines, training, and preparing to go overseas, the mother son duo traveled to Empire City in order to finally obtain citizenship for her; that's when the blast occurred.
In the blast, Nathan was put in a coma. His mother was put on life support. After spending sixty days in a coma, he found himself rising from his slumber on top of the roof of the hospital building. After that initial incident, Nathan discovered the state of the city. It was locked down and there were too many people to share not enough resources, but here's where Nathan comes into play: He could escape. He contained the unique ability to teleport back to his home! He quickly became skilled in the art of going back to his tiny city, finding other cities, stealing resources, and going back home. It was increasingly difficult to know that other cities were fine and okay while a sick mother left him pinned in Empire city, which went to hell after the blast. After four years and eighty missions to attack and rob nearby cities for their resources, his mother passed. Now he stalks through the shadows of the city aimlessly, looking for inspiration. He mainly uses his powers to steal the resources of the city to take them under his control.
Appearance: Nathan stands over six feet tall, at about one hundred eighty pounds. He's very athletically built because of his 'missions', and there are scars from cuts on his back and torso, along with a weird scar from a borderline bullet wound left on his chest from a close encounter with a cop. His beautiful blonde mane is generally left free, but tied for heists/missions. He always has on a pair of glasses.
Personality : His personality has adapted to each environment that he's lived in. As an individual that grew up in a very unsafe environment, he's known for being naturally cautious. Despite having the ability to distance his physical being from the world, he's very careful about when he wants to be noticed. Other people's blast powers give them things that they can't control or even hope to hide. If people get too close while Drago's fully manifested in this dimension, they're able to feel the immense pressure that surrounds him.

Clothing style: Unfortunately, with the downfall of society, fashion also took a downfall. Still, Nathan's been raised to always dress to impress and a complete apocalypse of the human way of living does not mean that dressing like a bum is acceptable. It's easy to avoid getting stains on his clothing when you reside in a pocket dimension, obviously. He's always fresh and clean. He has access to the best clothes, and he'll wear something like a casual business suit when he's walking around town/preparing for another heist. During the other times, he sticks to high end casual wear. Despite police pulling very little strings in the world of today, he will not be the person who's going to be put in trouble because he left fingerprints in a place he shouldn't have.
