Brief History: Alex was a popular kid. He was easily recognizable. He was known as the funny guy, but he was resented by all nerds and teachers. He was basicly hailed as king. He loved his power, so he wanted more of it. He wanted fame, power fortune...It could all be his. Thats when it happened. The conduits appered. And Alex was happy to realize he was one of them. He didnt hesiatiate using his new powers. he got into a surfers wetsuit, and put on a mask, so that he could spend what he took without being arrested.After a number of bank heists, he decided to get cocky and attack The Milita. They think they owned New marias? Time to teach them a lesson. he was caught, and put into a special cell, that sucked the mostire out of the air so he couldnt use his water powers.
Appearance: He usually wears an expensive black leather jacket, a pair of two hundred dollar sunglasses, and expensive shoes. He has a ceritan swagger about him, and a recognizable face. He has a samll scar under his right eye. he has black hair.
