Four flatbed trucks drove from the Neon across the bridge to the Historic district. This was a normal day, until one by one they stopped moving, one at the entrance on the Neon side, the other two about 500 feet apart and the final one at the edge of the Historic district. After these stops, Men in red hoodies emerged, one from each car and all shouted in unison "LONG LIVE THE REAPERS!" and as they finished they all hit a switch they all held and four bombs went off, sending the bridge into the bay below it, severing any form of easy travel between the districts.
A reaper conduit sat and watched from an alleyway nearby, putting up Reaper propaganda and the like. Lysander's war started today.
