Smoke- Disappearing in a plume of smoke only to appear somewhere else within a 30ft radius

Mirrors- Crystals 'form' all around an area trapping citizens and conduits alike in an enclosed area. Like summoning a fun house that can actually hurt you, hall of mirrors and all where Quinn can run around and dart in and out of the shadows, harming with average weapons. The crystals and maze are all in the head of her mind and whoever she traps in that small area though and none of it is real. This illusion is easily broken.

Up my Sleeve- As a reaper, she can call upon the tar and use its illusionary effects but this is a weak attack and is a mere shadow of Lysanders

C'mere Puddin'- A short lasting 'Love Spell' she can entrance on one person at a time to egg information out of or disarm

Card Tricks-Using cards as weapons to send out like throwing stars. Some are special and enlaced with bombs or gas that produce special effects. These are rare though
Also utilizes semi-automatic machine guns and decorates her body with the bullet liners

History: Sister to Lillith and trafficked right along with her, they were separated in empire when the blast happened and Lillith went off the deep end. As Lilliths younger sister, formally a major in psychology, she went further into the drug game than her sister and lost control of herself long ago. She finally snapped one day and commited genocide on the men handling her using her abilities. For three years shes remained loyal to the reapers and abuses their drug game to take LSD as often as possible, not truly a fan of other drugs. Anything that can keep her stimulated as long as possible, to distract her from what the world is around her.

Appearance :

Personality: After Quinn snapped she went essentially crazy. Nothing has any true deep meaning for her and she sees everything as though it were like a cartoon. Her abilities only further what she believes. In a sense, she's in her own little world and has forgotten what Empathy is. She has become cruel, sadistic and very flamboyantly sexual. She's a bit of a honey pot and a flirt to any man she sees somewhat attractive in contrast to her past.
