syn-aarons 2nd character. (just got the idea today)

Name: Ashley Rose
Gender: female
Power: Wind
Weapons and Attacks used: holds a fan, kind of like the paper fan, but it is steel. she also has another one, it is made of leather. she has wings on her back, from the blast. the blast gave her wings and with these wings, she can fly. her second ability is that she can generate wind wherever she is, using her wings. third ability allows her to throw wind around someone and trap them within it, allowing her to do what she must within the 30 seconds that the wind will stay, but she has power restrictions on it. the power restrictions block her from dealing the same attack twice. she can also thrust wind around her, making multiple copies of herself appear, but only one is real(her), the others(dummies) can't harm someone, but she uses this trick to make it easier to strike fear into her enemies. if there is wind around, she can use it to throw her fans at someone, and move them through the air at will. her limits are 400 and she takes no power to fly, or beat her wings to make wind, but the sphere takes 50 power to create and the copy power takes 100 power. if she runs out of power, she needs to fly around and reach a speed of 60mph(which takes her 15minutes to do) so that her energy charges up again.

Brief History: from age 16, when she got the power, she always flew around, helping people. doing this, she raised people's spirits, and beat up some bad guys along the way. she joined the militia, hoping that they could help her get better with her powers, and at age 18 she flew off to help others again. she still works with the militia, and now that she is 21, she works well at doing exactly what is wanted from her.
Appearance: she has long dark brown hair, straight, and reaches down to about half way down her back. she has grey eyes, and a calming look. her wings are demonic wings, like bat wings or a dragons wings, but the are more torn, she can still fly though (smaller than a dragons, way bigger than a bats).she is rather small and fragile, but that doesn't mean she is weak. she is 5"3 and she weighs about 98 Ibs.

Personality: she is very high-spirited and loving. she enjoys being around people, and she likes trying to make people happy. but she does have a darkside, when she gets mad, she is not able to hold her anger very well, and she normally attacks whoever made her angry. this darkside is calmed by someone who has earned her trust, and only the sound of the voice of someone who she truly likes can bring her out of rage if she got lost in it. she loves hugging people, and will hug anyone she wants, even if they don't want her to.

notes: i felt like making a female character, now this one..i dont see to much power within this one, since she has power limits and power restrictions. but i dont know, if you find something you dont like, just tell me, ill try to find a way to work through it. but i would like to keep the flying thing, it sounds cool

I don't know about allowing the wind to cut somone.

at high velocity wind can cut through most anything, if i remember correctly, i think i remember something about wind being used to carve through steel. but even still, if it can't cut through steel, skin isn't steel, skin is pretty weak as well. (paper can cut skin, so if you know. you would think wind at high velocity could if it can cut most anything else.)

I see your point, but I think that's too powerful

....it is only cutting the skin, that, and i feel as though there should always be at least one offensive skill with each power, and with wind, there is no offense, so at the cutting i think is good, plus, with the power restrictions and limit, there is no strength behind any of the other powers, but, i guess i can pull the power. but i will add something else for offense, only because i need to have at least one offense.

ok, let me know when you add a defenseive offense, or something.
