Weapons: 2 pistols at his sides, has a bandolier with 25 clips for pistol ammo. also has a knife and a rather large katana, knife in a leg sheath and katana at his side. has a sniper rifle, built personally by himself that he calls "the single shot".
Social Class: very high, (rich but not well known)
Associations: known by one man personally (sub-zero)
Brief History: as a young boy, joseph has been known to steal and kill, he has hated many people, but no one knew who he was, and he killed his father at a young age, after his mom died of suicide. since then,when joseph became adolescent, he had plans to kill off the entire human race, destroy it and abolish all hope for man kind. but after a while, he realized this was selfish, and decided he would leave only a select few to live, the ones who earned the right to live. in his 20's he trained a young conduit to use his powers to their fullest extent, and told this boy that if he wanted to stay alive and well protected, he would have to work for him. during the time that this boy had been trained, joseph also trained himself as an assassin, so that he may protect himself, and his " son," so that his son will always live. he trained zero in many ways, first to use his powers, then to use weapons that appealed to him. jospeh is now the leader of an advanced bounty group, that will only claim certain bounties for certain kills.
Appearance: wears a full body cloak, to hide his weapons. he has close to know body fat on him, for he is legally anarexic. weighs 105 Ibs and is 5"11. has a mask on that is made from silver and bronze metal, it covers his whole face with a tribal mark on it. he has a ouroborus tattoo on his left fore arm. his hair stretches down to his lower abdomen. his hair is black, blacker than the night sky with a new moon and no star in sight.
Personality: he has no fear of others, and he does not fear for his own life. he hates himself and others, but he chooses to stay alive for one boy, and that is zero. zero is his pride and joy in life. he loves zero, and treats him like a son, but it takes a lot to get him to like anyone else. most other people have to prove that they can be trusted and should be allowed to live in his perfect world. once he likes someone, they are as family to him, or if they are zero's friend, he accepts them as a son or daughter.

notes: is this to much for a civvie? i know it might seem like it, but i wanted a guy that i talked about in zero's creation. i dont think you can over power a civvie. so i think he is good. any problems here?

I think it's acceptable as long as you don't get carried away with all of the stuff. Approved.
