Vampirism: As a Vampire Decius Cimber has the typical traits of vampires of Folklore. He is also able to turn others into Vampires through bites, and Vampires created in this way will lose their willpower and become her slaves, though the full effects aren't experienced until the next sunrise
Transformation: Decius Cimber is able to transform into a cloud of bats to fly, similarly to Cole though his swarm is a red cloud opposed to his being a black cloud.
Sonic Scream: Decius Cimber is also shown to have a scream attack similar to the higher level Corrupted and the First Borns.
Levitation: Decius Cimber is able to levitate in the air without aid
Super Human Strength: Decius Cimber is shown to have a degree of superhuman strength.
Weakness: As a VampireDecius Cimber is extremely vulnerable to sunlight, prolonged exposure will kill him. A silver cross will also severely injure him if he is struck by it.

Brief History:Asleep for hundreds of years, the anual Pyre Night festival has come and the party was a little crazier than the others. Partiers had ventured into the graveyard of New Marais and went into some catacombs where he was buried. They decided it would be a good place for a rave and turned the music up and a strobe light on and danced all night. He was awakened that night. He more than filled his need for blood on the party goers and converted over 3/4ths of them. He took some modern looking clothes off of his more stylish victims and headed out into New Marais to "enjoy" the party. He was easily hidden from the other ones as most people were wearing fake vampire fangs anyways, they thought he was too.

Personality: He believes he is better than most other humans and Vampires alike. He is one of the few not completely under the control of Bloody Mary in New Marais. He often finds himself feeding in public and causing chaos among scared civilians. He doesn't care too much with keeping up with modern slang just trying to look as if he fits in. he is very skilled in the way of the voice and from hanging out with nerds after dark he has been known to venture between empire city and New Marais, however he is more likely to be seen in New Marais alongside Bloody Mary. He wears a suit and despite appearing as a younger man, he is more mature than most of the older people he meets. He has very little interest in conduits and deals mostly with humans.
