Powers: Water Manipulation~ She can move about a pools worth of water around with ease, more if she concentrates but she usually limits it to small spurts of water to do things for her.

History: Theresa hasn’t exactly had an easy life. Her young mother abandoned her and her brother, Jacob, when she was 3 and he was 8. They were stuck in an orphanage in the Warren until Jacob was old enough to get out. He had saved up money over the years from multiple jobs and managed to get a job and then buying a small apartment in The Neon District. Terra had earned a scholarship and managed to get into a good Medical college. She managed to finish and was ready to be a full-fledged doctor but then the Ray Sphere Blast happened. Her and her brother managed to survive but not without a toll. Their eyes changed and both developed the power to control water though Jacob was better at controlling it. Jacob joined the reapers shortly after and she followed having nowhere else to go. Jacob died in a fight with a Hero so now she is alone and holds bitter feelings towards Heroes.
Theresa has been through a rollercoaster of fucked over. After becoming a Templar, having that explode in her face, then having to take care of the new-now-dead-Hitler’s kid for a bit and then having that blow up in her face, she is a hundred percent done with everything. She hid out in Seattle for a year or so, taking odd jobs to make a living and to forget. But she never was good at running from her problems so she returned to Empire as a Doctor working for the Military. She has kept quiet and tries to avoid using her powers though she no longer wears any tainted shards.
Appearance : She’s a staggering 5’7 and very curvy with Hispanic features.
Personality: A hundred percent done with everyone’s bullshit, she no longer takes crap from anyone. She is not afraid to call out her superiors and it has gotten her in a bit of trouble every once in a while. She’s become very blunt when telling people things and doesn’t joke around with just anybody. She has tried to make a few new friends amongst her co-workers but is hesitant to open up to people anymore. She does still have a mommy side and acts kinder toward her patients than her co-workers. She is still somewhat patient and attentive but if she isn’t doing anything her mind tends to wander.

Eye color: Feline eyes, but now she wears Amber color contacts
Hair color: Black and wavy, down to her waist but usually up in a bun.

Clothing style: Pretty Blouses, flats, a Doctors coat, and pencil skirts when she’s working and scrubs when needed. Out of work she’ll usually be in shorts and t-shirts. She still wears the silver chain necklace that belonged to her brother.
