Power: HotBlack has a VERY hypnotic voice. He can hypnotize people by singing a mere few sentences. To use this ability he must give out VERY SPECIFIC commands. For example if he told you "If she tries following me, snap the hostages neck. the follow her." If it were made so that the hostages neck could not be snapped, HotBlack's thrall would not be able to do the second part of the command. This ability may not be used on PC's or important NPC's without permission.

Brief History:
HotBlack lead a very privileged child hood. He was born into a very rich family.
His father, a musician himself, taught him how to play a guitar and sing from a very young age. At his school, he was incredibly popular, almost beyond belief. He was treated like a god in all schools he went to. Bullies bowed down to him like he was a mighty king. As, HotBlack had a knack for talking to people, making them belive things too.
In his early twenties he began a band called "The Supernovas". They had a break-out hit with thier first albums, and have been the most popular band in current times since thier creation. When on tour in Empire City, the ray sphere blast occurred. He gained his powers, and began using them to have civilians do an assortment of things for him. he is now back in Empire City, building his massive fortune and stirring up more love for HotBlack and the Supernovas.
Appearance: HotBlack has been voted by time magazine to be both 'Hottest Man Alive' and 'Sexiest Man Alive' a number of times. Most women find him incredibly good looking. He has wind-swept blonde hair, a washboard chest of abs and a 'hot bod' as most women refer to it. He has striking blue eyes, and a perfectly white smile.

Personality: HotBlack is cunning and manipulative, he uses people to get is way and enjoys it. He is also very calm and level-headed. He is smarter than your average person, but by no means hyper intelligent. He is a criminal master mind, however he fears losing power and popularity. He enjoys wealth, his fleet of cars, has massive war drobe, and his small army of body guards(About 100 meathead guards.).

How many people can he have hypnotised at once?

In theory, infinite. But of course, he has a number of requirements for this-
1. All of the people must have heard his voice UN-ALTERED. Meaning, through a microphone or TV or whatever, it wouldn't work.

2. After the duration of the command, the hypnostised one is un-hypnotised. For example if he said "You, fetch me a cookie." after the cookie was delivered, he would be un-hypnotised.

3.The more complex the command, and the more people he has as his thrall at a time, the more strenuous it gets on him to use his ability.
