Brief History: still learning his powers, a teenager who was in the empire city blast was quickly swept up by the first sons and trained by Kessler's scientists. He was given a sector of the historic district to see how his powers were evolving. He seemed to be going insane. He grew more and more insane, eventually using fear to control his district, he was a feared member of the first sons. But, Kessler had stronger conduits watching him at all times from far away. He also plays a trumpet, he learned in school.

Personality: He had a knack for reading creepypasta before the blast, and his new powers let him become one. He has been called many things since the blast, his favorite is Kyd Wykkyd, and he prefers it. He was driven to a point of insanity, a possible side affect of teleportation or just a side affect of ray field radiation. He can be found sine days during on a random rooftop playing trumpet, he seems very good at it, and often calms people down despite him being a psycho killer. He can function normally in conversation, but his insanity shows in battles and when he is overly emotional (too happy, sad, angry).

Is there an extent to his powers?

Hmmm, maybe a max distance of 20 feet for teleporting and not being able to attack while invisible?
