Weapons and Attacks used: Fist Weapon dripping tears. can manipulate any black waters/Tar Waters. Tears can give Mind control over Citizens, and depresses any affected, up to and incuding Ophelia.
Alliances (select one of the groups shown below):None, she is a Vigilante, though she has been associated with the Reapers because of the Black water she controls.
Brief History:before the Blast, Ophelia was a young girl into Heavy Metal. She had a love, and a life. then, the Ray Sphere happened, and her love was killed in the blast, and she too, was affected. she became a testament of grief, her powers a testament as well. she wants nothing more than those who destroyed her old life destroyed. Unfortunatley, she doesn't know who that is, and is at the whole "It's everyone else's fault" Phase. not a nice place to be.
Appearance: Ophelia Ford. say what you will about her, she stands out.In this form, Ophelia has a drastically different appearance to her previous look from before the blast. Her hair is black and she she wears thorn-like barrettes, while her eyes are tinted purple and accentuated with eye-shadow that imitates tears. Most notable is her skin, which is blue, simulating asphyxiation, and the Black Tears themselves that form her clothing. These are a black torn-up dress that sublimates at the bottom, gloves and a fan-like collar of Tear tendrils at the back of her head.

Gender:Male
Power: Sound Related
Weapons and Attacks used: can make controlled Sonic booms. is resistant to the effects of loud noises himself. Fights with a woodcutter's axe and an electric guitar. Uses guitar to make "killer" riffs. can vibrate air with so much sound, he can even start fires of intense heat, making fires that can melt the brains in enemy's skulls, but will also affect Civilians, unfortunately, making him use this rarely.
Alliances (select one of the groups shown below): Vigilante. He's just marching around, kicking @$$
Brief History: Thomas had a normal life before the blast, then afterward woke up in a hospital bed. He discovered his powers when he had to shout to make himself heard, which isn't surprising, considering the Nature of his Powers. He found an axe for melee combat, and got a guitar, and taught himself how to play, making an effective ranged sound weapon which he amplifies himself.
Appearance: Thomas is actually pretty average looking. He has brown hair that looks black when wet, and Blueish Green eyes. He is generally wearing blue, and carrys around a blue guitar with a white pickgaurd. he also has a blue pick between guitar strings for easy access. His guitar is slung on his back when it's not in his hands, which has the same thing for his axe.
Personality (select from neutral, hero, or inFamous): Gaurdian. He's more of a neutral Hero that tries to do the right thing, but doesn't always succeed.
