(Please note: I have added numerous sections to this character sign-up sheet. If you're wondering about this charrie slot, I have it due to the demise of my water conduit.)

Name:Crane Sarrow
Gender:Male


Age:25

Known Alises:Fear Itself, The Monster, The Fear,Slenderman
Power:Crane posses a selection of powers either caused by his experiments in fear-related neogenics or the ray-sphere blast. They are as follows:Fear,Darkness, and neurotoxins.


Skills: Crane has a PhD in psycology. He is also a skilled hand-to-hand combatant, and also an exellent acrobat. He is also researching the feild of Neogenics.

Weapons and Attacks used:Crane can make his enemy see thier worst fear, and he can become that worst fear, but it would drain him of all his power for the day. He can edit his eimies and allies 'fear factor' or how scared they are. He can also generate creatures out of shadows to fight for him, but these creatures are destroyed when exposed to light. He can also generate weapons composed of shadows around himself, as well as a variety of armor. With shadows, he can also create illusions. He can also launch blasts of darkness at his foes. He can also relase a variety of neuro-toxins of his enimies, they are as follows:Sleeping gas,A Fear-Enducer, 'Accelerant'(Heightns whatever emotin the opponet is feeling to peak)and 'Airborne Acid'(A could of acid that preforms as acid would, except airborne. Dissolves in thiry seconds however, and may only be used once a day.) The downside to his toxins however, is that they all have a distinct glowing blue-ish color(with the exeption of acid,which glows green and moves very slowly.)He also posses a shotgun.

Brief History: Crane Sarrow has-To say the least, a....Very interesting past. He was born into a middle class family, with his father being a horror author. His father taught him about all the bells and whistles of horror, exploring all the nooks and crannies of knowlage about it. Crane exelled at his school work-He skipped various grades. Sure he was the youngest kid in his graduating class-But he was smartest. Crane began thinking alot more about the horror stories that his father had practically burned into his skull. They were terrifying to who ever he told them To. He became interested in fear-A little too interested. He took up psycology, the study of the human mind. After gaining extensive knowlage about theat-and graduating from the class with a PhD, he went into the feild of neo-genics. He was going to delve further into people's physce and disvoer what caused fear. No one was wiling to be test subjects, and his time was running short before his grant money was cut. So, he tested it on himself. After that, he gained the ability to manipulate neurgo-toixns, and fear. He also gained an un-stable mind. His weakened mental state allowed fear to take over. Fear seemed like such a wonderful emotion. Why not let the whole world be scared? Why not let people die of fear, the ultimate terror? After that, he was alled insane by most-But it was far from a text book case. He shows absoluteley no signs of insanity. He deicded he would move to Empire City, it was a crowded place where he could test his fear experiments. Then the ray-sphere happened and he gained the ability to manipulate the shadows. He currently lives in the background, commiting minor cases of scaring people to death, But- soon-he plans to go VERY public...


Appearance: Crane has a mop of black hair upon is head. He is a rather pale fellow, and he usually has the satisfied grin of a criminal master mind on his face.Crane is muscular, however he appers rather story. He is a tall guy as well, hovering at about 6' 5".(In costume:Crane wears firstly his civilian clothes, above which he has a generous amount of kevlar and stab plates. Above that he wears a black suit with a white shirt and a red tie. He either wears a mask modeled like a human face, but with no physical features(Giving him the apperance of Slenderman) or a potato-sack with a cruel grin and eye holes cut into it, both inspire fear in his enimies and allies.)

Personality: Crane is technically insane, however, he shows no signs of madeness. Crane also has a very high level of intellect, it is very difficult for him to socialize. Crane is the type of guy to always have another card up his sleeve. He also has a very hard shell-It is terribly hard to get close to him.

He's overpowered. I don't think that we can allow the toxins, the shadow creatures, or the "turning into an enemies fear"

(Changes of note:

Shadow Creatures:Ability has been changed to an illusion, still destroyed by sunlight.

Turning into enimies fear: Removed entirely.

Toxins:Before changing, I would like to argue a point. For one the toxins are VERY easily noticeable, and easy to avoid. Its also very difficult to aim, unless at point-blank range-It goes wherever the wind takes it.)
