Brief History: Tom Arlitary was born into a bad life. His father was a drunk, who beat his mother who also drank heavily. They beat him somtimes, they also homeschooled him, rather poorly. Tom grew up learning that you had to fight to get what you wanted and 'Illigeal is always faster, and easier.' At age ten, his parents were killed in a car crash after a long, long night of drinking and Tom decided he was going to bug out of the house, he had never felt any love for his parents. He took a few esentials and ran away. He went to a conventional school to finish his education, and then graduated from collage at age 22 majoring in history and physiscs. He still headed what his parents had taught him however. History class had givien him ideas. He heard of bounty hunters, and the weapons of old some that none would expect a sane bounty hunter to be using in modern day, and physics, from that he learned how to easily and efficently calculate gravity for whatever he may be firing, yes...Tom shook the idea. He was no cold-blooded killer. He walked away from the idea. Then the event hapened and the conduits were running about. He ignored this, it did not change much, exept for the fact that his neighbor could now microwave burritos with his farts. He lead a normal life from that point on, with his fathers words still itching at him, then chatastrophere struck, the army ransacked his house, and put a few bullets into both of his arms and legs. Thjey said "Cease fire! Hes not the one we're looking for." and dashed out. In the following months he got prostetics but he got them from a doctor who was trying to make advancments in prostetics technology. His new arms and legs made him much stronger and much faster. Tom knew what he would do from there-he would avenge his old body parts. He took up archery,fencing,martial arts and swordplay as well as blacksmithing. Withing months he had crafted his own bow, swords and knew how to use them efficently. he hunted down and swiftly dispatched all of his targets. Somone had apparently seen his work, and liked it. Somone in a long, black trechcoat approached him, and asked "You a bounty hunter? I got a few jobs I need done..." He made a split second decision, and said "Yes."
Appearance: Tom has a very strong build. He has strong, striking features and brown eyes like vats of chocolate.He usually wears somthing that covers the legs and the arms to hide his prostectics, he is not proud of them.(In uniform: Tom wears several layers of kevlar and stab plates and keep his tempeature regulated with a small cooling device he recived from the First Sons after pulling off a number of jobs for them. He wears a blue domino mask, and a black full body suit with a blue 'WS' on the center. He can make his suit go into camo mode and can therefore not be seen by the naked eye, unless of course he is making lots of movement, however this camflauged state reduces how well he operates.
Personality: Tom has a strong sense of revenge, and can hold a grudge for a very long time, he's one to 'settle old scores'. He likes people, but if hes paid to kill anyone, even a close friend, he'll do it. He also looks at his killings as avengeing somone, or delivering justice for another. He is also very comfortable in most enviorments.

I'm not sure I can allow so many Weapons. try toning it down a bit
